A mentor once told me this: Just be unapologetically yourself. The moment you start filtering yourself to be liked is the moment you start attracting relationships that need constant maintenance. Do you. The right ones will stick, the wrong ones will walk. That’s a blessing.
Career advice nobody told you: There's nothing more valuable than someone who can just figure it out. Do some work. Ask the key questions. Get it done. Repeat. If you do that, people will fight over you.
The fastest way to change your life is to rip yourself out of your (physical and digital) environment. Change everything overnight. The places you go, the accounts you follow, the info you consume, etc. It's difficult but it absolutely works.
The SpaceX $SPCX IPO didn’t play out like many expected.
While most attention was on valuation, the first 48 hours were driven by something else entirely: flow, liquidity, and realized turnover.
Here’s what actually happened, and what it revealed about the original framework:

I have seen capable people lose to less capable rivals for one reason: they explained themselves when no one demanded it. Justification compromises perception. The human brain is trained to read volunteered defense as evidence of guilt, even when it is not. That is why you'll always find the professionals remaining calm. They deliberately trained it. You don't need to react or prove anything immediately. Take your time, and stop explaining. They'll ask you if they truly want to know.
Howard Gardner's Theory of Multiple Intelligences:
A cognitive framework that challenges the traditional view of intelligence as a single, general ability (often measured by traditional IQ tests focused primarily on linguistic and logical-mathematical skills).
Instead, he proposes that humans possess multiple relatively independent “intelligences”, distinct cognitive capacities that enable us to solve problems and create products valued in cultural contexts.
He identified eight forms of intelligences: linguistic, logical-mathematical, spatial, musical, bodily-kinesthetic, interpersonal, intrapersonal, and naturalistic.
His theory suggests that everyone has different strengths and learning styles across these areas.
If you got into SpaceX $SPCX during the opening auction and didn't flip it for a quick profit, you'd be up now 40% in 2 trading days.
As cited in my earlier analysis, the first two weeks will be about flow imbalance rather than high valuations. Wall Street analysts (including your fav finance influencers) predicted doom for this IPO based on high valuations.
Being "an exit liquidity" isn't such a bad thing afterall.
BREAKING: We can confirm that Wicknell Chivayo's company, IMC Construction Kenya, is part of the consortium behind the planned expansion of Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA).
According to reports by Zimbabwe Live News, IMC Construction Kenya is a joint-venture partner alongside CCCC (China Communications Construction Company) and CRBC (China Road and Bridge Corporation) in the proposed $2.9 billion JKIA expansion project.
This is the same Wicknell Chivayo whose name has repeatedly featured in corruption allegations and controversies surrounding public contracts across Southern Africa.
What's even more interesting is that this deal was reportedly reached last year. Around the same period, Chivayo shared a video hinting that he had landed a major regional deal. Many people did not know what he was referring to at the time.
If these reports are accurate, then Kenya may have jumped from the frying pan straight into the fire.
Kenyans should be asking some very basic questions:
Who brought him into the deal?
Who conducted the due diligence?
Who approved the consortium?
And why do controversial figures keep finding their way into strategic national projects?
I keep saying this country is being messed up in all the wrong ways.
A reminder from Atomic Habits by James Clear:
“The goal is not to read a book, the goal is to become a reader. The goal is not to run a marathon, the goal is to become a runner. The goal is not to learn an instrument, the goal is to become a musician.”
We're launching a new school. It's called Alpha World School, where students will spend a year building schools in Kenya and Ecuador.
This is not a simulation like Model UN, and it's not a fundraiser. This is the real version.
Students will deploy solar power where the grid doesn't reach, engineer clean water systems, and use Starlink internet to bring kids there the same Alpha Timeback system our students use in the US.
Every morning, wherever they are, this cohort will complete their academics, including AP courses, on Alpha Timeback.
Every student also does real research. Maybe it's tree frogs in the Amazon, a hydroponic system for dry regions, or a community health study. They'll work with professors from places like MIT, Harvard, and Stanford to produce a published, peer-reviewed paper.
We have 20 spots available.
If you have a kid who wants to change the world and means it, this is for them.
Four top sales habits to close big deals:
1. Respond in under two minutes.
2. Talk less than 50% of the time.
3. Follow up until they block you or buy from you.
4. Spend 18 minutes daily organizing all your pipeline deals.

I finally understand what Machiavelli meant when he said, “Never play fair in a game where others cheat.” It doesn’t mean become evil. It means stop being naive. Stop bringing honesty to people who study manipulation, stop giving access to people who weaponize closeness, and stop expecting clean hands from people who already showed you they’ll throw dirt. Sometimes wisdom is not revenge. Sometimes wisdom is learning the rules of the room before the room uses your goodness against you.
I submitted a bid for the SpaceX $SPCX opening action. I guess being an exit liquidity isn't such a bad idea 😂
Here is my take on the IPO opening dynamics:
