Every payment still gets a brand new address, nothing links them, full privacy. Nothing new to hand out ever again, unlike creating a new btc address again & again..

I run the domain. Every change is written into a public log we cannot edit (because I COULD point your name at my own address).

Or run your own domain, which most don't have.

SO: I built a service for @start9labs StartOS.
- Install it on your own server
- Paste your silent payment wallet address (latest @SparrowWallet can do that for you)
- Pick a name
- It hands you the exact DNS record for your own domain
- or claims a hosted one on silentpayments domain for you if you don't own one.

No dependencies! No bitcoin node. No Electrum server. It never sees a key and cannot touch your money.

So the package keeps checking your name still points at YOU, and goes red the moment it doesn't. It asks two resolvers before it cries wolf.

BIP-353 ships with no security section at all.

Somebody had to build the smoke alarm.

so this launch is 2 things:
