It's weird having a mental illness that *improves* your function in society, 'cause although it doesn't have a negative impact on your social life or your job, it still has a negative impact on your feelings.

If I receive a "good" rating at work, I'll question for weeks what I need to do to get an "excellent" and lose sleep/appetite over it.
If I receive an "excellent" rating, I'll worry over how to retain this and live up to people's high expectations in me.
