Love having lidocaine blocks in my tool kit for #spasticity. 💉
After brain injury told he had a “frozen shoulder.”
Lidocaine blocks to pectoral & thoracodorsal nerves determined he had so much more range of motion after the block. Now on to more longer lasting treatment.
