$MSFT TARGET HITS β
+11.75% From our shared entry about 2 weeks ago.
The level held all the way from the signal till the breakout.
We might see this keep ongoing in the coming days.
Congratz those who took the trade in the Subs !
$META reports tonight. One of my four core positions.
Wall Street expects $60.2 billion revenue. Up 26.6% year on year. EPS of $7.13.
Meta has beaten earnings expectations for 8 consecutive quarters.
The big question isnβt the revenue.
Itβs the capex. $125-145 billion committed for 2026. Nearly doubling year on year.
After Google got punished for spending last week the market is watching every line of Metaβs cost structure tonight.
My view?
The spending is the point.
Every data centre Meta builds needs chips.
Every AI model needs memory.
Every server needs semiconductors.
Iβm not selling ahead of earnings.
Letβs see!
Charlie Munger reckoned the first Β£100k was the hardest slog of his financial life.
Makes sense. At 7% growth, Β£100k earns Β£7,000 a year doing nothing.
At Β£10k, that same 7% is Β£700.
The first chunk is all graft. After that, money starts working with you.
OCF (Ongoing Charges Figure) = what the fund costs you each year, as a %. Lower is better.
NAV (Net Asset Value) = what one unit of the fund is actually worth, based on what it holds.
Acc vs Dist funds:
Accumulation: dividends get reinvested automatically inside the fund.
Income: dividends get paid out to you in cash.
DRIP is the same idea outside a fund - automatically buying more shares with your dividends.
When the market is in a correction after a big bull run, like we are in right now
This is where you find out if you truly believe in your thesis for your investments
If you do, then even a -10% dip in a week or two shouldn't matter to you because 5 years from now it won't be remembered
If you are INVESTING, which is for the long term, you should just take advantage of dips and continue building you posistions
