Today Barak Valley is facing adverse face of the nature..and I think lack of dredging of the rivers are the major cause. Though, schemes like Namami Barak was launched but not properly implemented...please #PMOIndia #shipmin_india #himantabiswa #sarbanandsonwal #vskassam
