@sainsburys Seems to be something wrong with your website. I keep getting a 403 error. I’ve cleared cookies and tried a different browser but the problem remains. I’m booking deliveries for my 80+ mother so would appreciate assistance

@HiveHomeUK is there a server issue? As the app is not working, keeps saying “oops something went wrong” and the Hive status page says sever down?

@UKGap Still no answer to this. Nothing communicated to me directly & nothing on your website (where you are still offering Click&Click to the store). I know the circumstances are difficult but other companies are communicating. The item is a Christmas present for a 5 year old
