@TPEassist I’m looking to change an advance single purchase but due to the website and app changes I can’t seem to do this. Anything you can do to help?
@TPEassist Frustrating that I wasn’t advised of this a week ago. It also seems that the customer gets to pay for the inconvenience as other fares are more expensive.
@northernassist I know. It’s the lack of alternative when 2 trains are going to York which is frustrating. Ticket acceptance should include long delays and not just cancellations.
