@bookingcom Hello,
I provided my card details to the customer support representative you referred me to. After that, an attempt was made to charge my card through Glovo, a food delivery company in Nairobi, Kenya.
I don't understand how this is supposed to resolve my issue.

@bookingcom I booked a hotel for next week back in April and have my confirmation number written down. However, I never received a booking confirmation email, so I don’t have the PIN. I’ve checked all of my email accounts, including my spam/junk folders, but there’s no booking
