@AmericanAir plane had a fault so rightly had to land but every piece of info from the pilots announcement onwards was misleading or untruthful. 300 inc elderly/infirm left to queue for 3+ hrs to wait for 2 AA staff, no offer of water/refreshments (all shops shut)no comms, no customer service

@AmericanAir It’s the total lack of information, the 2 people trying to assist an entire plane full of people & AA staff saying that they were not well prepared. That’s poor. It’s not the 1st time this has happened

@bt_uk We are still getting terrible service from our Broadband. We were on the phone for almost 2 hours trying to get a solution, we were told we would receive a call. That was over 2 weeks ago. We are paying £70 pcm for a service that doesn’t work.

@bt_uk why am I paying over £70 pcm for my internet when I can’t watch TV & cannot attend work meetings without interruptions of service? I will phone again tomorrow when I can find a spare 80 mins to listen to mind numbing hold music
