@allfireeee when I was in year 6 one of my friends was reading it and I was sort of into dystopian books at the time so I picked it up. I sort of lost interest in the middle since I was fairly young, but then I got older and starting thinking about it more, and I got back into it in 2024
@tearsofacidity It's completely understandable that sometimes it happens, but if you know you have a condition which makes it difficult to get back to people (to that extent), it's still your responsibility to take steps to prevent that from happening if you want to maintain that relationship
@milfbeomgyu the learning curve in general, honestly. I've tried out storygraph two seperate times and both times, even figuring out where everything was and what to do was annoying enough to make me give up
@TheNewWizJ@MsLarps definitely, but regardless, no one runs away or destroys things when they feel safe. I think avoidants (and this goes for someone anxious too) who end up in a healthy relationship also need to be able to learn how to actually navigate it
Bring back cheap second run movie theaters. I don’t give a shit if it’s on streaming already. Charge $5 for the odyssey or spider-man in December and people would go just to kill time. Don’t ask me if it’s economically feasible became I don’t fucking know.
