I booked a #gaitanalysis online. At time of booking, their cancellation policy stated full refund only applies if 48hours notice is provided. I had to click accept otherwise it wouldn’t let me book it. Bearing in mind this was a Friday evening at 8.10pm & my booking was… 1/

I disagree with their policy in this instance as I had less than 48 hours from booking to scheduling therefore could not adhere to their policy. To which they keep responding it’s the law and/or common practice for cancellation policies. 4/

They continue to offer the ‘goodwill gesture’ of rebooking my appointment but under no circumstances am I getting a refund. I’ve since been elsewhere for my gait analysis as I don’t want to spend more money with a company that treats their customers this way 5/
