@VeryBannable@daniel9990_@VaibhavSisinty The ISS has worked pretty well, and they're not jumping out to fix the radiators every year. Over a few decades they'll start breaking, but if you use a modern design it'll easily outlast the satellite's lifespan.
@soap_everywhere@Staladus@FiniteKnoledge@thereisnobeth No need for maintenance. They're designed with a certain lifetime, and deorbited when they start breaking or when they're low on fuel. No debris left in space that way.
@Ftjp1980@iLeedy1987@ShroedingerBird I am in fact sober enough to recognize a ragebaiter. Excellent work, you got me from stage 1 to stage 2 hypertension.
@Ftjp1980@iLeedy1987@ShroedingerBird It's 2 in the morning and I'm 8 drinks deep but I'm confident that this tweet will make no more sense to me tomorrow morning as a sober man.
@Ftjp1980@iLeedy1987@ShroedingerBird How are you guys literally incapable of visualising anything more than 2 dimensions in your mind. It's not that hard, you evolved for 4 billion years to cope with 3.

They don't insure them, my best friend's family has a house on the coast and it's uninsured because nobody will take them.
@Ftjp1980@iLeedy1987@ShroedingerBird You can't just say shit. Sea levels are objectively rising, it's not some political thing the fucking water is going upwards slightly
@vastlyimpartial@flatsmackin Here's another angle, there's dozens more but this is the one I had in my camera roll. Shot from Orlando, unsure who took it.
