We build rocketships for founders and early startups 🚀 | Get matched with top vetted freelancers within 72 hours. Nocode, lowcode, automation, and AI experts.
I see so many new founders fall into this trap:
➡️ Vibecode an app
➡️ Build too many features
➡️ "Launch" with 1 Reddit post + 1 Tweet
➡️ Wait for users
➡️ Complain on socials that "nobody signed up".
It's almost painful to think that anyone thinks this turns an app idea into a real business.
https://t.co/n0rCG2DbBK is for anyone who has vibecoded an app in to 80% complete and gotten stuck. let expert devs get you unstuck and over the finish line. only $1 to post.
platforms we support: @Replit@Lovable@Base44@raydian_dev and more.

Building with Claude Code feels amazing. And the new tasks feature is very welcome. But tasks deal with atomic items in the present. Which is excellent for instructions to an agent. But tasks can't tell you:
🚨what really matters
🎯which requirements are non-negotiable
✅ what’s already done
⏲️ what matters today, now
🔜 what are our next milestones
You know, the things you think about wearing your product owner or project manager hat.
So I hacked together a super lightweight, zero-overhead project brain 🧠 for any agentic file system:
1️⃣ REQUIREMENTS. md → Non‑negotiables (scope/spec/PRD) and goals.
2⃣CURRENT. md→ What you're working on NOW
3️⃣ HISTORY .md→ Decisions log (so you don’t repeat work already completed).
4️⃣ PLANNED. md → Backlog + nice‑to‑haves.
5⃣ README. md → Explains it all (for both you and Claude).
And this system works perfectly with @AnthropicAI's Claude Code, @Replit, @cursor_ai, @Lovable, @windsurf, @GeminiApp, @OpenAI Codex . . . any agent that can read files or has a file system.

Everybody knows #vibecoded apps are a potential security nightmare. But they don't have to be.
What if you could just drop a github repo url and instantly scan for:
-leaky API keys
- exposed secrets
-auth problems
-code injection risks
-unprotected endpoints
-configuration errors
-performance blockers
-exposed variables, weak/absent RLS policies
-and more.
And what if it worked equally well for tools like @Replit, @Lovable, @supabase, @boltdotnew, @Base44, @raydian_dev, @bubble, @weweb_io, @nocodebackend, and @flutterflow?
Comment "#lockdown" and I'll DM you a link (but give me a minute, I don't spend all day here).

The best wireframing tool isn't @figma or Miro or @balsamiq. It's an ASCII diagram in @AnthropicAI's #ClaudeCode. It's like drawing on the back of a napkin in sharpie, but with the command line.

I love @AnthropicAI's Claude Code. But let’s be honest: most Claude Code Skills are written by engineers, for engineers. As a non-engineer myself, that sucks, because they're not very intelligible.
So I built a set that represent the entire software development lifecycle, but are optimized for non-technical makers and founders building with AI tools (like @Lovable, @Replit, @cursor_ai, or @windsurf ).
Skills include . . .
1️⃣ Scope
2️⃣ Design
3️⃣ Build
4️⃣ Security
5️⃣ Performance
6️⃣ Testing
7️⃣ Debugging
8️⃣ Monitoring

Software isn’t a product. It’s a garden.
You don’t “finish” it. It's never "finished."
You tend it. You care for it.
🛑 Neglect it → debris and weeds take over
🛑 Overbuild it → nothing gets sunlight
Good software isn't sexy. It's maintenance:
✅ Paying attention
✅ Small fixes with big impact
✅ Regular weeding + pruning
✅ Killing features that don’t earn their space
✅ Listening to actual user concerns
So if your software feels undernourished, overgrown, or weedy, don't blame the software. You just stopped tending it.

2025 Wrapped: Lessons learned from a year of making mistakes and trying to learn from them👇
1. Good IX/UI is harder than working code, because users are irrational.
2. Write your own social media copy. Don’t just copy-paste AI slop and expect fame and fortune.
3. It’s OK to refuse to work with nasty people.
4. You don’t need to raise VC to build good software.
5. Build a personal brand. Having a strong personal brand beats a $1,000,000 marketing budget.
6. Build and write for an audience of people you like.
7. Bootstrapping can be a superpower. But only if you know the art form.
8. Statistically, VC’s are counting on your startup to fail. You deserve better.
9. Kill passion projects if they’re distracting you from bigger and better things.
10. Capture social proof when the happy moments occur. If you wait, it’s too late.
11. Don’t overthink your stack. NoCode and AI coding tools can take you from MVP to launch if you learn to use them properly.
12. If you’re feeling stuck, take a walk. Breathe. Put your phone away.
13. E-mail is dead. Please don’t email me if you actually want something.
14. Success is a vector. Both speed and direction matter.
15. Build simple tools that solve your own pains and problems.
16. Perfection is a trap. Shipping and distribution count more. So ship ugly product. Then fix what users complain about.
17. It’s not a failure if you learned from the experience. Failure is doing the same dumb thing over and over and expecting different results.
18. Inaction is fear in disguise. Or laziness. But usually fear.
19. Let’s be real: you’re not building the next https://t.co/hJJLvL1qKd. Also, that doesn’t matter. Just be honest and humble about what you’re building.
20. Set your iPhone to greyscale if you spend too much time on it. And you probably do.
21. Ideas are cheap, and software is easy to build. But it’s hard to build, launch and grow a real business.
22. User feedback that is both real and actionable is hard to acquire.
23. “Learn by doing” really means “learn from your mistakes.” So don’t be afraid of making them.
24. The body does not recover without rest. Nor does the mind. But you’ve got to work pretty hard to deserve rest of either kind.
If you’re a bootstrapped, solo, and/or non-technical founder or business owner, and this resonated, let’s chat in the new year.

I’m a non-technical, solo, bootstrapped founder.
Which means nothing about building @BootstrappedMVP has been easy.
Building solo is hard.
Building a marketplace is harder (I honestly don't recommend it).
But turning a marketplace into real revenue is probably the hardest thing I've every done (yes, harder than PhD philosophy exams, the previous contender).
But . . . @Bootstrapped is now the #4th most visited @bubble app in Oregon and we just passed $325k+ in revenue. And over the last two years, we've grown to support building apps in Bubble, @weweb_io, @nocodebackend, @supabase, @Lovable and @Replit.
No shortcuts. No bullshit. Just grit and a willingness to ship ugly product fast in order to get real feedback, iterate, and pivot. Then rinse and repeat.
The bootstrapped solo non-technical founder motto: #justshipit.
Speaking of which, big changes coming soon . . .

AI tools like @Lovable and @Replit and nocode tools like @bubble only matter if they help you ship something people pay for. If you’re still “experimenting” six months in, you’re hiding from the market's judgment. The real feature is revenue, not the perfect stack (no such thing exists). Stop making excuses and start shipping.

If you’re still running operations for your small business in @Microsoft Excel, I’ve got news for you:
You don’t have “workflows.”
You have a dangerous mess that is ready to break the minute you mistype a comma in your triple-nested “IF” statement.
Every task takes extra clicks, extra checks, and extra re-typing because nothing is actually connected.
The symptoms are always similar:
– the same data in multiple places (no single source of truth)
– five versions of the same file
– too-many-tab syndrome in every spreadsheet
– hacky formulas held together with duct tape and superglue
– routines that break when that one person is gone
You don’t need a “smarter spreadsheet” (Sorry, @airtable)
You need a custom web app that matches how your business actually runs (using @bubble or @Replit).
What you should have:
– One source of truth.
- Unbreakable inputs
- Workflows tailored to how you actually work.
- Comprehensive, always-up-to-date dashboards.
- Roles, permissions, and automation — all built in.
Spend the time and money you’re wasting on endless clicks and formula checking building something that actually works for you instead of against you.

Stop wrestling with building out a comprehensive design system from scratch with each new app.
Start shipping product.
TL/DR: Spend your time building the part users pay for. Let this template handle the rest.

Marketplaces sound so exciting, right? You imagine being the next Airbnb, Uber, or Etsy. But if you’re a solo founder, a marketplace is one of the hardest businesses to pull off. Why? Because you’re not solving one problem—you’re solving two (or more), while carrying all the execution risk yourself. Here are seven reasons to avoid building a marketplace as a solo founder, and some practical alternatives. A thread 🧵 . . .
