I recommend waiting list system, where users get a waiting list number, and if slots are available they get confirmed.

I ordered colored HSRP sticker, and has to be delivered by 06 Jan 2021 but not yet delivered. My Receipt Validity is coming to an end, and re-scheduling is no more free.

Who shall be liable if I get fined once my Receipt Validity gets Over?
