@vampirotiic @p11nkvomit sorry i misunderstood your tweet i think😭 maybe it’s different in your country but where i’m from you can’t get help unless your bmi is lower than 17.4 like they will literally tell you to lose more weight and come back
@gay_shark_bait@p11nkvomit on occasion medical professionals get it right but i feel like you have to be very sick with restriction symptoms to get help at a bigger bmi and it’s fucked up
@swiftlyfasting it also doesn’t matter what bmi you are, people are still gonna use it against you. you could be bmi 14, in the hospital with heart failure and here comes a bmi 12 person telling you to starve harder fatty
@r1cecak baked potato. white potatoes are so many fear foods but it’s 160 cals for one, full of fibre and so so filling. it’s my dinner p much every night
@paper_bag94 please stop letting your unqualified friends tattoo you oh my god not only is it dangerous but now you have a wonky, wobbly poorly done tattoo on you forever. “my buddy has never done line work before” yeah i can tell
just saw a tweet saying that if you’re gaining weight in recovery you have BED and i am so angry i want to scream this is the shit that keeps people sick forever
@PH0ENIXOXO the entire point of recovery is to gain weight, people in recovery do not have bed because they’re eating more, tweets like these put people off ever getting better
@edendisordr “if you’re genuinely disordered that shit goes away as soon as you turn 20” tell that to the bmi 11 woman who comes into the coffee shop i work at every day and only orders a cup of hot water whilst her friends all get cakes and lattes
@83l83l no. and the thing about “only incline walking makes your legs bigger” is also nonsense. incline walking burns calories at a greater rate actually and will in turn make your legs thinner
