It turns out one of his best friends waited for him at the playground and kissed him. He also said the girls were in trouble with the teaches now 😂 we don't know if we should be laughing but we're trying really hard not to, making him sleep and looking like this:

My wife and I just started the daily ritual to put our kid to bed when our 4yo casually tells us that some "dating game thing" was going on at school and a girl chased him. We investigated the story with that "barely holding your shit together" speech tone 👍🏼

Watching my 4yo scream "DO YOU HAVE TO USE HEADPHONES? DO YOU?" 'cause my wife couldn't hear him asking where is his blanket. I used to think I was so tough. Then I got #toddlered.

@borderlineyes Dear NB, I believe there is a part of you that is kind, happy, and a fun person, but sometimes family can be absolutely cruel. Keep them at a distance.
