@bananabagbabe I started after 1 yr in medsurg. I didn’t know shit. 3-6 months in I was gaining so much knowledge. After 6 months in the trauma area it was exponential growth of knowledge. Also, ER is ER. Just not transferring out the trauma peeps. You got this!
