@AskRobinhood - keep promises that support made esp when they're reasonable and the right thing to do
- reimburse transfer fees into IRA
- fix broken "upload documents" links
- get AI to stop lying
- speed up website / remove bloat
- show relevant info at once on the site like Webull
@misislavski `remind` gets you part of the way there and can export to iCal.
For overlapping availability, doodle, when2meet, or calendly is probably best though
@AviSchiffmann Safari is the new Internet Explorer. It's so far behind in web standards.
Brave is much better and the adblocking is excellent on both laptop and phone. I disable all the "extras" - ads, crypto wallet, news, etc
@nearcyan nginx has a serious issue where if site "B" doesn't have an SSL cert and someone goes to the https version, it will serve the contents of the first site (alphabetically) with SSL e.g. site "A" (even if that cert is invalid).
And there seems to be no way to stop this
@slightlylate Users own their browsers. It's one thing to warn users about dangerous options, but it's another thing to completely remove their ability to control their browser.
Windows didn't expose all the power that Linux did and now they're learning the hard way that it was a mistake
@pristine_diver@CenturyLinkHelp Avoid CenturyLink at all costs. I've been trying to cancel their service for over 3 days after a move. No one has responded to me. Their phone line just plays a recording that it's "after hours"
@CenturyLinkHelp I've been trying to contact you for over 3 days and you're always closed even though your website hours say you're open.
You need to cancel my service NOW, or I will be reporting you to the @AGOWA and telling my credit card to cancel your fraudulent charges.
@ActivityWatchIt Faster web UI.
Also make it easier to see a summary of what you did as a glance. And make it quicker/easier to search for stuff without writing SQL.
@heyhey RSS readers don't force you into reading everything at once and deleting everything after. You have the choice to read certain feeds/folders and/or unread items only as you see fit
@_MintMobile Signed up for a 3mo plan for a compatible device and after spending hours on the phone with support, they claim my device isn't compatible. I checked compatibility online with my previous carrier, TMobile, and it was the exact same compatibility and worked great.
@jasonblett@simonetheartist @car2goPortland Zipcar is actually significantly cheaper even with the monthly fee and even more so with the new car2go rate hike.
The app is decent.
And the zipcar gas card is extremely convenient considering it took hours of work to get car2go to reimburse me for filling up their vehicle
