It seems as though Piratesoftware will be leveraging his past relationship with Blizzard to send his reports directly to past Blizzard colleagues.

Pirate went on to say that Blizzard are aware of the situation and that everything he sends will be read.

It's worth noting that Blizzard are notorious for not acting on individual normal player reports so will be interesting to see if Pirates words follow through.
