Our HP printer hasn’t been working for a month and every manner of troubleshooting, resets, changing ink cartridges, didn’t seem to work. After calling HP, they said the debit card on file had expired so they manually disabled our printer.

@NianticHelp I can no longer catch Polar form Scatterbug. When I start the encounter, it lets me throw a pokeball, and then says "network error" after a few seconds of connecting with Scatterbug. I can catch all the other forms normally, and otherwise don't get "network error"

@NianticHelp I did the refresh of game data, downloading of assets, and even went as far as uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Here's a screen recording. If the throw results in a broken ball, the encounter works as usual, but it throws a network error otherwise.
