@Uber@Uber_Support On my end I’ll try to use @lyft as much as I can. @Uber offers a good service, but the lack of customer service is a huge red flag. A company that is not able to help their customers (ghosting them with an unattended mailbox) when needed is not my cup of tea
Absolutely horrible customer service at Uber. Horrible. I am in another country traveling for work and I lost something in a Uber. I texted Uber an no answer. They promise you to answer in 24h and that didn’t happen @Uber_Support#uber

And that is the end of the story. No more replies. Looks like 5+ days are needed to “contact the driver” 🥲
