毎回の撮影で、一般的な横構図よりも2.35:1のシネマスコープ比率を好んで使っています。自分が作品を通して伝えたい空気感や感情を、見る人により強く感じてもらえる気がするからです。

撮影では「安定した一枚」を撮ることよりも、「その瞬間ならではの面白さや独自性」を追求したいと考えています。普段は見ないような視点や構図を探しながら、作品を作っています。

今回の撮影はホテルの階段を中心に行いました。正面から見てもとても魅力的なキャラクターですが、あえて普段とは違う視点や構図、レンズワークを使って、その魅力を表現したいと思いました。

毎回の撮影で感じることですが、一緒に作品を作ってくれる友人たちがいなければ、この瞬間も、この思い出も生まれませんでした。本当に感謝しています。📸✨

I've definitely put "please have a 2nd entrance and/or exit in the Clarion to reduce lobby crowding" on the #NFC2026 feedback form. It was pretty bad! Given that lobby area has the hotel front desk, plus elevators to hotel rooms, and registration on certain days!
