@Swole_Medic@cursedconnector If you set the insert 2-3mm below the surface you can preload the plastic to achieve a similar goal. Bit of the blue lock tight to help the static breaking torque stay high.

@ToviDing Yeah made a jig to cut the drop in notches on my router table. 6105-T5 cuts like 6061-T6, can use a table saw or router with the right blade/bit. Feed it in slowly, worked from the left and then the right against the cutter direction.
