@AirCanada can someone from air canada help us with relocating bags. We are not getting any help online, on phone or on email. 2 bags are missing and we are on a 7 night cruise tomorrow and 5 nights on land afterwards. We have nothing at all.

@AerLingus we are in Vancouver about to board a cruise to Alaska tomorrow. Both of our bags didn't turn up on a flight yesterday and didn't arrive today, we called and were told they've got no idea where the bags are or when/if we'll get them before our cruise.

They also couldn't tell us how much we can spend on replacement cloths/shoes/toiletries etc. How are we supposed to go on a cruise ship with nothing and not know what we're allowed to buy. Can someone help us? Did the bags leave Dublin at all. Are they in LA where we stopped????

If we knew today or yesterday it wojld effect us we could cancel everything with no issues. But we have no clue whether to cancel or not 🤷‍♂️
