Our tier - 1 cities are our growth centres. Monsoon rains exposes them like none other. They are also home to many expats. They carry our image from San Francisco to Auckland. @X and @instagram further amplify it to the world. If we need to fix our image, we urgently need to fix our cities, and for that @narendramodi ji should urgently call a meeting of all municipal commissioners, and take them to cleaners. He needs to do this for next 3-4 years, every 6 months, so much so that, these commissioners should dread facing him next meeting. Only then we can see some visible changes in our cities from year 5 onwards, otherwise situation won’t change next 50 years also. We may celebrate becoming $4 trillion economy and aim for 25-30 trillion in 2047 and Viksit Bharat but it means nothing if our cities are broken. #Monsoon #MumbaiRains
