This follows a call Friday where they asked if we could start referring our enterprise clients to them instead of competitor. We were trying to pay for the privilege of understanding their product offering via Engage. I recall why I moved 15+ apps off them beforehand now :(
Got confirmed multiple tickets for @acquia Engage then told we're not a customer even though we have Enterprise level subscription. Need to reschedule team plans and try cancel air and hotel tickets #CustomerSuccess#failed
@bsnodgrass@baatarchuluun@Dries@thinkbeanagency Together yes. Nothing atypical. We're using gutenberg to replace how we were handling page components with paragraphs module before, layout builder for primarily marketing driven landing pages, and media for more structured content types.
