POV: As we arrived in Ibogun, Ogun State today, Omo Onile representatives showed up demanding ₦30,000 before we could commence work.

I explained that our company only pays ₦10,000 as a goodwill gesture, especially since the property owner had already settled their family before the woodwork commenced.

They negotiated and pleaded for ₦15,000, but I stood my ground and instructed my roofing team to give them only ₦10,000.

As a business owner, you must have clear policies and remain consistent. Respect people, but don't let unnecessary demands derail your project.
