@SydneyMetro Whose clever idea was it to use coaches as the replacement. How do disabled people use the service, it was hard enough having a 2 year old who we had to wake up to get in the coach
@SixtAustralia why is your customer relations team not available 7 days a week. been charged for a rental that never happened as the vehicle was faulty and they didn’t have another. Also been charged $53 for refuelling when it was returned with a full tank as per return receipt
