i can't believe we'll all soon have personal assistants in our homes
this will be so absurdly important for elderly to keep independence short term, and bring down costs of everything long term when we put them into factories
This might shock you
But *nobody* wants to go to your office happy hours.
If you're hosting events purely as a means of attracting clients and building relationships with prospects, your boring happy hour isn't going to cut it.
Especially in 2025.
People are tired of "corporate" events. They want unique, memorable experiences they can’t get anywhere else.
Events that blur the lines between entertainment and business. Events that are actually fun and interesting to go to.
e.g.
Host an intimate dinner w/ a live musician
Hire a martial artist to teach your group king fu
Book out a haunted mansion and turn it into a thrilling experience
Take over the newest coffee shop in the startup district — give out free espressos
Put together a potluck with a spread of dishes from NYC’s most iconic restaurants (we did this)
Rent out an entire luxury resort and take a group out for nature, sports, and games (we did this too)
Think outside the box and I promise your marketing dollars will go MUCH further than hosting a corporate happy hour.
P.S. DMs are open if you want to jam on this
Even the most boring business concepts can look cool this way… which triggers good candidates, which allows you to build a stellar team, which can make you win the market
The big $$$ is obviously in ai.
But...for those who want to start a business and:
1. don't love the idea of dedicating your life to ai
2. it isn't in your skillet
I think we're going to experience a HUGE wave of customers wanting IRL and analogue products/services.
