To any new investors, try to rewire your brain:
The majority of the stock market only goes up forever.
Money will continue to be printed out of thin air.
More money in circulation = the price of everything goes up.
The amount of technology and computing power will only go up.
At the same time, because money will always be printed, finite commodities will also only go up.
All we have to do is buy, and never have a plan to sell. If you remove the thought of selling, suddenly everything becomes very relaxing even with markets like we’re seeing now.
Look at All World ETF funds. Look at Gold. Silver etc.
Buy now, sit on hands for years, pivot your investments into more income focussed stuff = freedom.
That’s how I see it. Agree?

Then 2008 hits. Panic follows, and the IMF calls it the worst shock since the Great Depression.
But this wasn’t the end. Another collapse is coming, and it could be even worse.
The 18.6-year property cycle as the singular driver governing our global economy. According to Fred, this cycle hits late 2026 peak before it ends in a 2028 global collapse for land prices.
In his upcoming book “Cheating: The Human Project and its Betrayal,” Fred explores the structural fraud that has allowed the minority to gain the value generated by the majority for over 5,000 years. He tells us that this next global collision is inevitable: there’s no time left to prevent that bust.
