IATA now calls for more supply-chain visibility, a more open aftermarket, and more use of data and AI. This points to a big shift: aviation may need an asset-credit layer more than another market. Who will make scattered assets clear, comparable and easier to fund across borders?

Aviation’s next bottleneck is not just parts or capital. It is trust. When records, shop status, title and buyer quality are split across firms, engines and parts are harder to price, fund and move, especially for small operators that lack the tools of global lessors.

molblly床垫兴衰给人的一些启示：
到一定规模后，还是老老实实到美国去建厂

美国每年的床垫产业的销售规模在90亿美元左右。美国的床垫非常贵，一个好点的床垫都要上千美元以上。
佛山的爱意床垫，以前一直是代工厂，2018年开始做跨境电商，以品牌名Molblly出口美国市场。

但是他们运气不是很好，在2018年10月发出第一条货柜的次年，Molblly就遇到了第一次出海大危机——反倾销。2019年10月18日，美国商务部宣布对中国床垫反倾销税的肯定性终裁，认定中国出口商在美国的床垫倾销幅度为57.03%至1731.75%。

被反倾销后，Molblly当即决定在越南建厂，并加大人力设备投入，迅速将越南工厂的产能拉至一天可生产2500多张。同时，Molblly决定即使有反倾销的风险也仍要发货。在国内卖家普遍踌躇的市场环境下，这一举措直接让Molblly进入亚马逊床垫类目的前七名。

2020年突发的新冠疫情让所有出海玩家猝不及防。当大部分出海卖家仍在举棋不定时，Molblly再次选择逆势出货。

也正是这次大胆的发货，Molblly成功踩中了跨境电商黄金时段，尤其是在亚马逊上，在2020年下半年迎来爆发式的订单增长。
到2023年Molblly直接杀到amazon 床垫的第二名，年销售额在2亿美元左右。公司准备上市已经进入IPO辅导阶段。

在中资公司凌厉的攻势下，美国公司节节败退，比如著名的席梦思就在这几年破产了。
在反倾销前，美国1/3床垫是中国生产的。眼看美国床垫行业要被团灭了，美国的床垫行业工会开始一轮一轮的反击：

第一轮：

2019 年10 月18 日美国商务部发布了第一轮床垫反倾销税终裁通告，此轮反倾销税仅针对中国企业，第一轮反倾销政策执行后，国内大部分企业纷纷转产至越南、印度尼西亚、墨西哥等国家，美国从中国进口床垫的占比大幅下滑，2019 年7 月美国床垫市场进口额中来自中国的占比仅为2%，相比2019 年1 月的82%直降80pcts，而越南在美国床垫市场进口额的占比则从2019 年1 月的3%迅速上涨至当年7 月的28%，提升了25pcts。
美国人不傻，那就第二轮

2021 年5 月3 日再次执行第二轮床垫反倾销税终裁，此次反倾销税的征收涉及柬埔寨、印度尼西亚、马来西亚、塞尔维亚、泰国、土耳其、越南等7 个国家，其中越南的反倾销税率更是高达144.92%~668.38%。

然后再来第三轮：

2024年，2月26日消息，美国商务部公布对包括墨西哥、印度在内的12个国家的床垫反倾销行为作出确定性初裁。
本初裁裁定反倾销税率从最低的西班牙进口床垫的10.74%到最高的斯洛文尼亚的744.81%。与此诉讼同时进行的还有对从印度尼西亚进口的床垫的反补贴税调查。
其中，墨西哥，反倾销关税为41.29%。

注意，连墨西哥都是41.29%！

这个反倾销措施，直接把Molblly逼入绝境，直接原地休克。在被切断给美国市场供货的情况下，在越南，在海外其他国家开设的厂，产能根本无法本地消化。再去美国设厂，也没有资金和时间去做了。直接原地休克。 该公司老板直接宣布清盘了。

作为对比，另外一家大陆企业，境况要好很多。江苏如皋的梦百合。
梦百合，2022年海外营收是68亿人民币。

他们也经历了这三波反倾销。
他们做对的一件事情是2019年，梦百合直接拿出了5000万美元在美国设立第一个工厂，完全美国制造。
在短短几年内，在美国搞了3个厂，总面积超过20万平米生产厂房和物流仓库。
2022年开始美国工厂开始盈利。
第三次反倾销，对梦百合也非常有利。他们在西班牙的工厂，进口税率只有10%左右。

第三次反倾销的另外一个结果，而原来搬到墨西哥的几个床垫企业，比如顾家家居，也开始把工厂搬去美国了。

这一轮又一轮的床垫反倾销，是中美贸易战中非常值得研究的案例。因为很多行业的终局都会如此。墨西哥也不完全是避风港，也不是贴牌换标就能绕过去的。

梦百合和爱意床垫的两个完全不同的结局，原因在于
1. 布局。梦百合的美国布局，直接间接创造近千就业岗位，让他和市场主体形成利益共同体。
2. 上市公司vs 非上市公司。 梦百合2016就上市了。有通畅的渠道去融资，去海外多点布局。爱意床垫作为未上市企业，资金链非常紧张。很难同时多国布局。

这个行业发生的事情，也会在很多行业再发生一遍。毕竟市场主体在那边。
