@mcuban Why not add a 4th official to each game but they are at the scorers table watching a large monitor with multiple camera angles. This could provide a place for aging and injured officials or they could just rotate like MLB umpires. The same monitor could be used for video reviews.

@MaseDenver I like some of the monochromatic looks but you need to have the helmet and other elements of the uniform to add contrast. I find plain pants look too much like yoga pants in general, it's even worse with monochromatic looks.

I think a better comparison is Shaq, who made his first Finals at a similar age and made it back multiple times.
