@ApexSeeker_ It genuinely depends on the person. In my family, yes, a gun is an acceptable gift. Although, typically gifted guns are rifles, it's less paperwork. On the other hand, my neighbors up the street are very anti-gun. I would never gift them one, and I doubt anyone else would either.
