Schools are set up for failure. Teaching is now unmanageable, lacks logistics & accountability AND is unsustainable as a career.

* check on teachers, especially if they have life events they’re dealing with
* sit in on classes & leave note of praise
* let staff know you appreciate them
* ask what staff needs to succeed
* encourage all
