@LucanonLizard@WG_RumblePants Have at length tried to explain that at local clubs the sport being played is almost incidental, it’s all about the people
@WG_RumblePants This specifically occurred to me last night, ok he cheated at park sport, not good, but not a crime to be ripped constantly in public for.
@WG_RumblePants Short term number drops might not be sustained, people do tend to look around at what else might be on, but ticket sales might not be a significant part of income
@WG_RumblePants@TimesSport@swildecricket Id be surprised the new owners didn’t expect that, and decide they don’t care because the tv rights will be good, the real drama is how much bad press can be soaked up
@WG_RumblePants I try to be supportive generally and I know cricket is about being too serious about non serious things, but grow up. There’s always someone to love or hate. If you let him retiring ruin cricket, it might ruin all life for you too😀
@WG_RumblePants@weymarplanet@ICC I’m not sure I can take the grief I’ll no doubt get for saying grown men shake hands at the end of a game, of course if I see it done, I’ll applaud it
@WG_RumblePants I think in the frame of t20 and even odi where the non striker IS clearly leaving early it’s ok, but the bowler isn’t meant to be allowed to trick the runner
@aspenshredder@RealPapii Simple point- my profile, collection floor 1.02, key features- hat/face are each at 1.5 or over in one trade. Offer- .91- +10% below floor, a 3rd below trait lows. The problem is thinking bullshit bot offers represent the market, or any market
@aspenshredder@RealPapii That kind of reads like the problem is that buyers want only to buy what’s not for sale, if I put a letter of offer in my neighbours post offering them half its value, I probably won’t buy a house either
