@blazercarl @AngelaEuropean It turns out that I am entitled to free eye test every year, but my local optician dose not do NHS work, similar to many dentist. Due to where I live the next nearest optician is an hour's drive away. A refund can be got by filling in a form and sending it off with my receipt.
