Lots of people asking.. so.. if you want to try the Double Cream Sponge cake: 350g sugar and 300ml double cream, creamed. Add 4 eggs. 1 tsp vanilla essence. 350g self-raising flour. Then into two greased and/lined tins at Fan 170 for 40 minutes. It's fab ! #celebritybesthomecook
