Today I authorized my attorneys to file a temporary restraining order against Nancy Ruth Mace in hopes of stopping her lies, which I know the whole world appreciates.
And I just learned this morning that the judge ruled that "Jane Doe", who is Alexis "Ali" Berg, can no longer remain anonymous. The same applies to the “witness,” Melissa Britton. From this point forward, there are no Jane Does. All parties must be referred to by their real names.
This restraining order is intended to prevent Nancy Ruth Mace from continuing to publish baseless claims about me on social media without offering a single piece of actual evidence. For two years she has used her platforms to defame me while producing nothing to support her allegations, while I have tried to allow the legal process to run its course.
The restraining order also requests the judge to stop her from harassing my attorneys, which she has been doing through profanity filled threats and public smears. None of that should be tolerated from a sitting Congresswoman who has to lead by example.
@NancyMace claims process server was “handling the door handle in a strange manner” and “threatening her staff.” Shocking but Not shocking. She’s also lying about who her attorney is. Ended her email with “see you in court”. Accept service in our Blackmail/Hacking lawsuit then.
Reckless behavior? Oh yes it is. After having removed the poster for more than a month where she defamed our client Brian Musgrave by calling him a “Predator”, representative Nancy Mace put the defamatory poster back up at her congressional office in Washington DC today. This is not an act that protects her as a congresswoman and provides her with immunity from liability. Why would she do this? She is thumbing her nose at the legal system, and at the lawsuit that Mr. Musgrave filed against her. This type of brazen and reckless behavior must be stopped. Certainly, Mike Johnson is the speaker of the house and has the power and authority to tell her to take it down and if she wants to post something like thisup, do it at her house, but not in the people’s house. EB
@_ericbowman@NancyMace I didn't even know that the interns were allowed to switch offices... literally everyone surrounding her got out (except for @jwesleydonehue it took him a few more months to figure it out).
@_ericbowman@NancyMace In one month, she voted mccarthy out, we broke up in a fiery fight over untrue cheating allegations, she fired her chief of staff and he was reported to the Capitol police as a security threat, and everyone in her DC office quit including the interns.
People say @NancyMace is “crazy” or “unhinged.”
But let’s pause. Seriously.
What if this isn’t just politics or drama?
What if we’re witnessing a real mental breakdown—public, painful, and unchecked?
Her pattern is undeniable:
📢 Loud, unproven accusations
👁️ Paranoia (fake death threats, “assault” from a handshake)
💻 Hacking, controlling behavior
💔 Blackmailing her fiancé, cheating on her ex-husband
📉 Smearing staff, exes, & innocent men without proof
This points to something deeper:
– Histrionic traits: emotional, theatrical, desperate for attention
– Narcissism: grandiosity, no empathy, always the victim and the hero
– Paranoia: sees threats everywhere, even where none exist
At the center?
Her father—General Mace. War hero. Stoic. Unreachable.
She’s been chasing his approval her entire life. Now the whole country is watching her try to be a victim and protector of women at the same time.
This isn’t a punchline. It’s a cry for help.
James McIntyre is a former foster youth who changed the system:
🏆 NASW “Public Citizen of the Year”
🏆 Foster Progress Advocacy Award
📜 Helped pass laws to keep siblings together
📢 Led national reforms for foster youth rights
And @NancyMace got him arrested over a handshake—just to push a transphobic headline. @MelissaBritton and @NancyMace weaponizing govt and its protections yet again.
He spent the night in jail
The charges? Dropped. Entirely.
Because there was never a crime.
But let’s be clear:
False reporting is a crime.
📜 D.C. Code § 22–2405
📜 Abuse of power is not protected speech.
📜 Lives aren't political props.
@CapitolPolice@DCPoliceDept — You need to investigate this.
James, you’ve fought for thousands.
If you file a civil suit, we’ve got your back.

@_ericbowman@NancyMace I’m incredibly grateful that prosecutors have dropped the case against James. No one should spend a night in jail over a handshake—he didn’t deserve that.
Rep. Nancy Mace has removed the poster featuring the four men she accused of sexual misconduct that was hanging outside her office following her fiery floor speech in Feb. One of the men featured on the poster recently filed a lawsuit against her following her remarks.
