It has been 3 days of breaking my head trying to get a resolution @amazon there isn’t any way to get a call back or call and emails to grievance and nodal office is not fetching any response either.
@Lenskart_com was trying to place an order, payment went through and redirected to the order page. It showed payment failed and order want placed but the money was debited. It didn’t get returned yet. Can you assist?
Why shouldn’t you buy from @Sephora anymore online-
A. They delay the product delivery
B. They send you a near expiry product
C. They deny accountability and reject return for the same product

Hi @Sephora I bought a full price product from your app and the delivery got delayed so much that the product is of no use for me and you did not reply to my email or help me cancel the order. Now you sent a product that was manufactured in April 2023 and expires in 6 months.

I bought a PT pack in April when the reschedule/cancellation window was 1 hour. Without informing existing customers, they silently changed it to 8 hours in June.
@cromaretail service request C005799842. It’s closed without providing resolution. It’s regarding wonderschef mixer I bought in March with external guarantee and its bottom melted. I’m looking for repair or replacement. It’s still under manufacturing guarantee.
@wonderchef@cromaretail@wonderchef may be train the service engineers with communication skills and on being polite with customers. Also the blender is poor quality and melted in 3 months and I’m chasing Croma and you guys since 10 day! What an amazing experience.
Hi @cromaretail someone from @wonderchef customer service called just now and said they are on the way. I’m in office right now as it’s a weekday and asked them to come after 3. He said he can’t tell me if he can come or not and it’s not his problem that I’m in office.
