Both prequels specialize in making the viewer dread the day the protagonists turn into the worst versions of themselves. We are aware that one day Jimmy turns into a criminal, and John turns into Mark Wahlberg
I haven’t been able to stop thinking about RJ Mitte’s passing 💔
One of the reasons I wanted to become a doctor was to help people facing illness and disabilities. Ever since I was a child, seeing someone in a wheelchair or struggling with everyday activities deeply affected me. I would think about their challenges, their families, and everything they had to overcome 😢
When I watched Breaking Bad with my father, I was absolutely blown away by RJ Mitte!
He had spent years working to improve his mobility and speech despite living with cerebral palsy. Yet, for his role as Walter White Jr., he had to portray some of the very difficulties he’d worked so hard to overcome
And he delivered an Oscar-worthy performance imo 🙌🏻
What makes his passing even more heartbreaking is how much he did for others, advocating for people with disabilities, inclusion and their rights!
He was just 34, a year younger than me. Such an extraordinary talent, gone far too soon 😭
I even reached out to @OriginalFunko@FunkoEurope because there’s still no Walter White Jr. Funko Pop. I’d love to have one in my collection, especially if part of the proceeds could support charities and causes RJ cared about 💙
I’m sorry for such a long, emotional post, but this has genuinely affected me more than I can explain
I hope every single one of you is doing okay. And if you’re not, please never feel ashamed or afraid to ask for help, PLEASE. You don’t have to face everything alone 🙏🏻
Rest in peace, RJ 🕊️ we’ll miss you!
Is it just me or does everyone grow up and realise that there really isn’t anybody to whom you can tell everything and there never will be and maybe there are certain things you not supposed to tell nobody and that’s just how it is
