@hulu_support When we are trying to watch New Girl every episode starts with no sound and after 3-5 seconds the sounds comes on. Also, it will randomly switch to another episode with about 5 mins left in the episode we are watching. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue.

@mec2973 @paramountplus We’ve been having an issue for 3 weeks now where while watching a live show the video randomly jumps backward a few second and the will later jump forward. This happens multiple times throughout every live show. I’m about ready to cancel my subscription.

@askparamount I grow more and more frustrated with the Paramount+ app. If this video issue cannot be fixed then I will cancel my subscription. 3 weeks this has been going on. Video jumps backward randomly and will then jump forward. This makes watching live shows impossible.

@askparamount Paramount+ on my TCL Roku TV is still messing up. Local CBS channel, video keeps jumping forward and then backward and then forward again. Unwatchable! Fix this please!

@askparamount Is there a reason why my live local CBS channel (WCBI, Columbus, MS), keeps skipping forward and then skips backward, then forward again. This has been going on for a couple of weeks now. This is not the type of service i will keep paying for.
