@VirginAtlantic been waiting way in excess of 120 days and 2 weeks ago you email me saying refund has been paid. NO IT HASN'T and you still haven't replied to my 3 emails chasing. Time to step up and do the decent thing so can someone please DM me
@VirginAtlantic so it will be 90 days before you can be bothered to refund my US flights due to “unprecedented volumes” yet BA seem to be able to do it in days.
