@naturesmenu I don’t appreciate your staff knocking on doors asking if we have dogs and then trying to sell your food! Two separate individuals one knocked on door and was rummaging through my belongings on my porch! Second tried to approach my daughter and dog outside. Not Ok!
@Tesco Thank you - tesco will lose customers by applying this approach as my elderly father does not have a phone so my parents will no longer be using Tesco click n collect for this reason and are now taking their custom to Sainsbury’s
@Tesco terrible customer service at Tesco Extra Sandhurst Click n collect staff refused to give an elderly customer his shopping as he didn’t have a phone to access the automated system! This is discrimination towards those who don’t have a phone and must be addressed.
@tumblemouseuk@Tesco same thing at Tesco extra Sandhurst told transaction didn’t work charged twice had to go back to store to get a refund took 1/2 hr speaking to 4 different people, offered vouchers!? Ridiculous I can’t pay a credit card off with vouchers refused it so got refund Awful service!
@Tesco Not sure how much more info you need. As a bystander I saw how the manager of click n collect at Tesco Extra Sandhurst refused to give him his groceries that he had travelled to collect at 8am because he didn’t have a phone to access the automated system this was discrimination

The only I thing I think should remain in place once the lockdown is fully lifted is the two-metre distancing rule in supermarkets. Nothing to do with the pandemic, I just fucking hate people.

Having lived through #Coronavirus can I assure everyone that at no time during the seven days we were in isolation at home did we even once have to face a secondary crisis and run out of loo roll. 🧻
@BootsUK are you going to waive prescription delivery charges for customers over 70 and in high risk groups during the corona virus crisis? I overheard an elderly man raising concerned questions about this in one of your stores today.
