@dunkindonuts 7 weeks trying - unsuccessfully - to resolve a short order with franchisee and corporate. Why can’t u resolve and issue a simple partial credit after *6* requests? The chargeback fees from a dispute w Visa will exceed that. They’re good & responsive. U = neither.
