Did anyone else win something at the @IcelandFoods #BlackFriday event and not receive their prize? I’ve been on the phone to them for nearly an hour on 2 separate phone calls and sent emails…. Still nothing 🙄 the same happened last year when they did the Halloween event

It’s ridiculous, made numerous phone calls and emails, they never get back to you. I received a delivery a few weeks ago and my steak mince was grey, totally off & stank, filled in a complaint form, still not heard back off that…. Best sticking to @AldiUK

Ordered @McDonaldsUK delivery, didn’t arrive, advised to contact @Uber_Support spoke to 4 different people who were beyond useless, advised they can’t send out my order or refund… keeping my money when I haven’t had my order… is that legal?? #theft

@DanRMcCarthy @McDonaldsUK @Uber_Support @UberUKsupport The specialist team that did absolutely nothing, would not send out the food or refund! It showed him sat at the wrong address for 10mins…. He didn’t even attempt to come to the correct address & when I tried to call it would not connect!
