Sheer incompetence from Ground ops at @DFWAirport and @AmericanAir. Flight AA21 just landed after a 10hr plus crossing and no gate available. On an indeterminate hold on ramp now. Stairs and buses would sort this in 10 min if the will was there...

@HMRCcustomers - HMRC go out of their way to make life difficult. After discovering a change related to non-resident capital gains both my wife and I are subject to 400GBP penalties (a change in the law just designed to entrap non-residents IMHO)...
