Can you find your name P6? We’d great fun designing our names out of beach materials and big enough so that it could be seen by a plane in the sky! @beachschoolsuk@BallywalterPS#beachschool
On #OutdoorClassroomDay children from @BallywalterPS enjoyed a day of outdoor learning and exploring nature. Principal Carolyn Craig explains the benefits of teaching outdoors on a regular basis. #nischools
At beach school today P6 had a sandcastle competition. All groups worked well together and there were some amazing designs. Winners will be announced tomorrow! Which sandcastle do you think is the best? @BallywalterPS@beachschoolsuk#beachschool#teamwork#P6rocks
At beach school today P6 made their favourite food out of beach resources. We had squid rings, steak, mashed potatoes, chicken drumstick, chips and many more delicious plates of food. Can you work out P6’s favourite food?! @BallywalterPS@BeachschoolO#favouritefood#P6rocks
P6 had their last beach school today. We ventured into the sea for a paddle. It wasn’t the warmest paddle we’ve had and some did more than paddle!!! @beachschoolsuk@BallywalterPS#beachschool#teamP6
P6’s latest challenge at beach school was to design and build a town. They built a play park, tennis court, swimming pool with water slide, houses, town hall, lake with bridge and road around the town. What a team! @BallywalterPS @beachschoolsuk #teamwork#p6rocks
Another challenge completed by P6 at beach school today. They worked as a team to make a sandcastle snake. There were bucket fillers, bucket carriers, snake builders, sandcastle counters and designers! Our snake was made out of 264 sandcastles! @BallywalterPS@beachschoolsuk
