@PGATout But I’m not ignoring bad teams. If a team is still bottom 5 over multiple years, their lottery odds increase over time. So:

Short-term losing → no reward

Long-term dysfunction → increasing help

@PGATout My idea is to recreate similar pressure of euroleague relegation (even though we don't have that system). The worst teams SHOULD be penalized in the short term, forcing them to get creative with trades, invest in player development, and actually try to improve — not just tank...
