Oak Grove wanted to use paper voter rosters in November. Simon and Anoka County argued the city couldn’t make that choice.

Minnesota’s Supreme Court disagreed, ruling that state law gives the city the authority to choose paper or electronic rosters.

Here’s the question Minnesota voters should be asking:

🤔Why fight a community that wants a paper-based voter check-in system when state law gives that community the choice⁉️WHY⁉️

🗳️Election confidence doesn’t come from telling voters to stop asking questions. It comes from transparency, verifiable procedures and following the law‼️
